1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BLACKBOX ("the Service"), operated by Rogue Dynamics ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
BLACKBOX is an AI-powered revenue recovery platform that helps businesses identify and re-engage dormant customers through automated, personalized outreach. The Service includes diagnostic tools, AI-generated messaging, analytics, and educational resources.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscription and Billing
The Service is offered at $99 per month. Free trial periods may be offered at our discretion. You may cancel at any time. If we do not recover 3x your subscription cost within 90 days, the following month is free (the "Performance Guarantee").
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. We use your data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support.
6. AI-Generated Content
The Service generates suggested messages using AI. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all outreach before it is sent (unless you enable Autopilot mode, in which case you accept responsibility for automated sends). We are not liable for the content or consequences of messages you approve or automate.
7. Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding electronic communications, including but not limited to TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA. The Service includes built-in compliance guardrails, but ultimate responsibility lies with you.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Settings page or by contacting support.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
